Alex is a caterer with a passion for creating delicious dishes that make every occasion memorable.

Trained at Ballymaloe, he honed his skills in working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and simple, flavourful cooking. He has also gained valuable experience in some of London’s top restaurants and caterers.

Based in the Cotswolds, he now specialises in weddings, private dining, and ‘At Home’ food deliveries, offering fine dining experiences, elegant canapés, buffet-style meals, and relaxed barbecues, all crafted with local and seasonal ingredients and presented beautifully for each occasion.
